Payment & Shipping Policy
When a customer (also referred as “user”, “customer”, “you”, “your” and “yours”) pays for an order, we, Brand Range (also referred as “Brand Range”, “we”, “us” and “our”), reserve the right to request additional evidence or proof of billing information, including but not limited to:
- Billing name
- Credit/Debit card number
- Phone number
- Shipping & billing address
- Email address (used for order and payment confirmation)
- Order information
Saved debit/credit card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order using our payment partner's system. Additionally, we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number and this may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
We accept payment for orders in the following modes:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Via your Wallet
- Cash on delivery
We will issue an electronic invoice for your purchase and send such an invoice to the email address you have provided to us.
The charge for your orders will appear on your credit/debit card statement. If you contest the validity and/or the amount of a charge pertaining to order from us and you believe it to be fraudulent, you are requested to contact us by email.
If you have placed an order on our website and paid in a currency other than AED, then you must be aware that a currency conversion fee may be factored into the price of the merchandise. Due to the fact that currency conversion rates may fluctuate over time, you must keep in mind that the price of a given piece of merchandise may be inconsistent with the price of the same piece of merchandise in a different currency.
If you placed an order on this Website and paid in a currency other than that for which a customer payment card is issued, then your payment card may apply an exchange rate conversion to the amount of your refund.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED & USD will be accepted for payment.
Shipment of Order
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3 – 4 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED:15 this fee will be exempted if your order is AED 100 or more and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
If you have placed an order through our, Brand Range’s web/mobile app, and after successful receipt of the order, you will receive a confirmation email from us (usually within minutes).
If you do not receive an email from us confirming receipt of an order that you placed, please contact us on the email (see Require Help section) provided on the website before you attempt to resubmit the same order.
If we reject your order due to an error in pricing and/or other information, then we will notify you through the email address that you have provided. Once the error has been corrected, we will ask whether you would like to resubmit the order or not.
If your order is delivered outside of the UAE, you will be responsible for selecting your own carrier and covering all the shipping costs.
Delivery of your Order
We, Brand Range, carry out the delivery of your order placed on our web/mobile app while taking into consideration the following clauses:
- The recipient of the order i.e you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged for the products supplied from our services.
- These additional charges will be collected from you by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
- You will be allotted order tracking id through which you can track down your order delivery status.
- We value your time and therefore take utmost care to cater to your preferences with the products you order.
- To ensure that you receive the order package/s without any damage, we may ship a single/multiple order/s in separate packages.
- If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
